How to Order
Orders can be placed via email or through our contact form.
Payment Method
Payments must be made in advance by bank transfer (or PayPal if agreed in advance by both parties).
All bank transfer fees must be borne by the customer.
If you wish to pay via PayPal, a separate handling fee will be added as specified.
Shipping Schedule
Products will be shipped from GOKO in Japan within 10 business days after confirmation of payment has been received in our bank account (whether by bank transfer or PayPal).
Incoterms
Shipping is conducted under EXW (Ex Works) terms. If you do not designate a courier service, we will use our preferred courier and charge the shipping fees and handling costs to you. All duties, taxes, and shipping charges (including those for returns) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Insurance during shipment is also the buyer's responsibility.
Customer Support
Customers who purchase directly from us will receive full support, including instruction manuals, video tutorials, and active assistance via Zoom or email.
Returns
Returns are not accepted unless the product has a clear and verifiable defect. Even in such cases, only replacements will be provided. All orders are non-refundable.
Resale Restrictions
Due to regional distribution agreements, resale of the products in countries other than the designated destination country is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Restrictions on Paid Rentals
We prohibit rental services of our products to third parties without prior written consent.
Product Specifications & Availability
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event that an item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to typographical errors, pricing mistakes, image discrepancies, technical inaccuracies, or stock availability.

Governing Law and Language
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute, the language of reference shall be Japanese.
Other Agreements
Other detailed terms may vary based on individual agreements between GOKO and the customer, or GOKO and its distributors.
Warranty, Repairs, and Damage
- The products come with a one-year warranty.
- The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use, and applies only to the original purchaser. Defective units will be repaired or replaced with a unit of equal or greater value.
- If the product was purchased from a distributor, please contact the distributor directly.
- The warranty does not cover incidental damages, such as photographic expenses, loss of business opportunities, or emotional distress resulting from product malfunction.
- Please inspect the product immediately upon arrival. If any initial defects are suspected, please contact us via email or our contact form within
three (3) days of receipt.
If the defect or damage is confirmed to be due to our fault, a replacement will be provided at no cost. Returns must be made within seven (7) days using the original packaging. - If a product is sent to us for repair and the customer refuses to pay the repair or return shipping fees, or fails to respond to our communications, the item will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or become the property of GOKO IMAGING DEVICES after 120 days.
